We offer 4IR courses to underserved communities, developing talent and bridging the digital divide to promote inclusivity in the 4IR economy and ensuring that scarce skills are provided to meet the demand of the new markets. To overcome inequalities within our targeted Free State communities, community-based facilitators are trained to address challenges of unequal education and high youth unemployment through introducing learners to career planning, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. Facilitators gain an understanding of socio-economic barriers learners face and are trained to mentor and guide them toward educational and career success.

Community Facilitators are trained to gain new skills and knowledge from ongoing training and professional development interventions. They are also provided with professional networking opportunities with peers and mentors in order to stay informed and up to date with their skills.
