Etage Academy of Learning, a South African NPO operating in the Free State Province, is a community-embedded institution that bridges the critical gap between underserved NEET youth and the 4IR economy. We are on a mission to equip the youth with the essential skills and knowledge to thrive in the Digital Age.
We offer 4IR courses to underserved communities, developing talent and bridging the digital divide to promote inclusivity in the 4IR economy and ensuring that scarce skills are provided to meet the demand of the new markets.

To overcome inequalities within our targeted Free State communities, community-based facilitators are trained to address challenges of unequal education and high youth unemployment through introducing learners to career planning, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. Facilitators gain an understanding of socio-economic barriers learners face and are trained to mentor and guide them toward educational and career success.

Additional support is provided by Etage Academy of Learning by means of incorporating psychosocial support for learners on a group level and where necessary individuals may be referred to professionals.
